Marc Mennekes has been working in the energy industry since 2015. Marc began as a Student Research Assistant at the Chair for Electrochemical Energy Conversion and Storage Technologies (ISEA) / RWTH Aachen University in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Working Student and Intern at Uniper. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the same university. In 2018, they were an Intern at BMW Group. In 2019, they completed their Master Thesis at the same university. In 2020, they were an Intern at BMW of North America, LLC and a Battery Expert and Senior Battery Expert at Customer Success at ACCURE Battery Intelligence.
Marc Mennekes obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen from RWTH Aachen University in 2017, after studying there from 2013 to 2017. Marc then went on to obtain their Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen from the same university, graduating in 2019.
