Reewa Manandhar

Reewa Manandhar, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the HR System Operations Lead at Accuris since July 2025. Prior to this role, Reewa worked at General Motors in GTA Operations from March 2022 to July 2025. Reewa's previous positions include HCM System Implementation Analyst, Operations Specialist in Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Mortenson from May 2017 to March 2022, as well as Staffing Specialist at Wells Fargo from July 2015 to January 2017. Reewa began a career in HR as a Summer Intern at PepsiCo in 2014. Reewa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Affairs with a focus on Business Administration from Minnesota State Moorhead and the University of Minnesota.
