Damian Villegas has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. Damian is the current Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at AccuSourceHR, Inc., responsible for account management, channel alliances, and client acquisition. Damian is also a minority owner and part of the executive leadership team. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at PV Capital Group and GryphonHR.
Before that, Villegas served as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Accurate Background, where they led a team of sales professionals and was a member of the executive leadership team. Damian also worked at Sterling in different roles, including Executive Vice President of Global Accounts, Senior Vice President of Enterprise & Global Accounts, Vice President of the Western Region, and Senior Regional Sales Director. At Sterling, they led international teams and achieved significant sales growth.
Earlier in their career, Villegas worked as a Sales Manager at Ocean West Funding and as an Inside Sales Executive at OpenText.
Damian Villegas holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from UC Santa Barbara. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in PBSA Certification - Basic from the Professional Associates of Background Screeners, LLC and Leadership Circle from Pursuing What Matters. Damian has also participated in training programs for Strategic Selling and Strategic Selling Coaching through Miller Heiman Group.
