Mike Bankhead, MBA has a diverse work experience, ranging from senior roles in the corporate sector to leadership positions within a church organization. Mike is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at AccuSourceHR, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Umpire for USA Softball starting in 2017. From November 2019 to January 2023, they held the position of Vice President of Sales and Partnerships at PeopleG2. During their tenure at PeopleG2, they also served as the Vice President of Client Success from August 2018 to November 2019, Director of People Experience from November 2015 to August 2018, and Strategic Specialist from October 2009 to November 2015. Before their corporate career, they worked as a Senior Pastor at a church from July 1998 to March 2009.
Mike Bankhead holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Hope International University. Mike also has a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree from the Iliff School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from San Diego State University. In addition, Mike Bankhead has obtained the FCRA Advanced Certification from the PBSA in 2018.
