Timothy Beans

Timothy Beans joins the board from the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Regional Development Mission in Asia, where he served as the mission director of programming in Vietnam, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, and China and led the response to the 2004 tsunami. Beans brings 40 years of experience leading public and private sector programs with a focus on public affairs, environmental and health issues, emergency response, and customer service. Before joining USAID, he served as vice president of business operations and senior advisor to the president and chief executive officer for Development Alternatives Incorporated and as senior vice president of the Afghanistan and Pakistan region for Chemonics International. Tim holds a master’s degree in public administration from American University.
