Gennaro (Jerry) Sbarro is an experienced professional with a robust background in sales and restaurant operations. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Ace Endico since November 2022, Sbarro previously held the position of Sales Consultant at DiCarlo Food Service from October 2016 to November 2022, focusing on developing strategies to enhance training session sales and client retention. Prior to that, Sbarro worked as a Certified Personal Trainer and Client Sales representative at Energy Fitness from May 2013 to August 2015. Sbarro's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from a significant tenure as the Owner and Operator of seven restaurants from August 1995 to September 2011, where responsibilities included lease negotiations and build-outs. In addition, Sbarro served as Director of Operations at Sbarro Inc from January 1988 to July 1994, overseeing product development, restaurant construction projects, and management hiring within the tri-state area.
