Alison Dowell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and merchandising within the retail industry. Currently serving as President & General Manager of Emery Jensen Distribution at Ace Hardware Corporation since 2017, Alison has also held the position of Vice President of Operations in the same company. Prior to this, Alison was Vice President of Merchandising at Interline Brands, a division of The Home Depot, from 2014 to 2017. Earlier career roles include Senior Director of Global Sourcing at Target from 2006 to 2014 and various positions at The Home Depot from 1995 to 2006, including Merchant and Store Manager. Alison's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Yale University, complemented by early admission honors in Mathematics and Physics from UC San Diego.
