Courtney Hoppen has over 15 years of experience in revenue management and consulting roles in the hospitality industry. Courtney is currently working as the Area Director of Revenue Management at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Revenue Management at Pivot from January 2018 to October 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager in Strategic Consulting at Duetto from September 2017 to January 2018. Courtney also held the position of Director of Revenue Management at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club from April 2013 to September 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Denihan Hospitality Group, first as the Regional Director of Revenue Strategy from February 2010 to April 2013, and later as the Area Director of Revenue Management from August 2005 to July 2009.
Courtney Hoppen has a Graduate Certificate in Revenue Management from New York University, obtained from 2005 to 2007. Courtney also attended Cornell University from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on non-traditional applications of hotel revenue management. Earlier, they completed their Bachelors in English at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2000 to 2003.
