Prior to that, Sudakow served as the Area Director of Revenue at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace. Robert Lewis also worked as the Regional Director of Revenue Management for Kokua Hospitality, where they maximized room revenue through strategic yield management strategies. Sudakow has held various directorial roles in revenue management at Stanford Hotels, Davidson Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Worldwide, Destination Hotels & Resorts, and Marx Hotel. Throughout their career, they have consistently achieved revenue growth and received recognition for their leadership and analytical abilities.
Robert Lewis Sudakow obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Molecular Genetics and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Comparative Religions from the University of Rochester, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Robert Lewis also holds additional certifications in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School, Hotel Real Estate and Asset Management from Cornell University, and Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School, all obtained in 2019.
