Berry is an alumnus of NIFT and has been the Business Head of Timberland, Paul&Shark, GAS, Dune and the Retail Head for Diesel. As a founding member of Reliance Brands, he was responsible for building the operations, sales, and marketing teams to run the business. His earlier role in VF Corp as Assistant Business Head was to spearhead the retail operations & merchandising for Lee.
