Simone Colburt is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in experience design and creative leadership. Currently serving as the Manager Experience Design at MLC Life Insurance, Simone oversees customer experience initiatives for the Group Member Division. Previous roles include CX Designer and Creative Lead at RMIT University, Design Thinking Coach at Luna Tractor, and Founder/Creative Director of Kontrast Design, serving numerous high-profile clients. Simone also founded and directed the Shillington Masterclass, a successful professional development program for graphic designers, and played a crucial role in launching and managing Shillington College's Sydney and Melbourne campuses. With a foundation in graphic design, Simone has worked with various agencies and held midweight graphic designer positions early in the career.
