Sai-Wen Tang currently serves as Senior Director of R&D at Acepodia, specializing in the development of next-generation cell therapies utilizing CAR technology, a position held since June 2018. Previously, from June 2016 to June 2018, Sai-Wen worked as a Research Scientist at Stanford University School of Medicine, focusing on immune cell therapy for Graft-Versus-Host Disease in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation recipients. Prior experience includes several postdoctoral fellowships at the National Institutes of Health from March 2011 to March 2016, where Sai-Wen analyzed cancer datasets and investigated viral evasion mechanisms, and at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
