Prior to this role, Lara held positions including Marketeer at Wortell Belgium, Marketing Officer at AE, and various internships in online marketing, project management, and media planning. Lara's educational background includes a Master's degree in Communication Sciences with a focus on Media, Strategic Communication, and Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Communication Management from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences and additional studies at EHSAL Management School.
