Deb Becker is a seasoned Executive and Leadership Coach with extensive experience in leadership development and talent management. Currently, Becker serves as an Executive & Leadership Coach at Becker Leadership Impact and holds multiple coaching roles at prominent organizations including Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, AIIR Consulting, LeadvantEDGE, Inc., AceUp, and Linkage, Inc. Previously, Becker was a Senior Manager at Raytheon, overseeing Global Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness.
