Professor Peter Hawkins

Professor Peter Hawkins serves as Chairman of Renewal Associates Ltd, a leader in global thought leadership focusing on leadership development and coaching. Holding multiple roles, including Strategic Advisor at AceUp, Dean of Leadership at European Leadership University, and Chairman at METACO and Systemic Team Coaching®, Hawkins brings extensive expertise in leadership, coaching, and organizational development. As a Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School and visiting professor at both Oxford Brookes University and the University of Bath, Hawkins emphasizes innovative leadership training suited for future leaders. An Honourary President of APECS, Hawkins also contributes to establishing quality standards in coaching and supervision. Hawkins earned a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Bath and a BA (Hons) in English Literature and History from the University of York.
