Since 2008, the company is resettling over 2500 individuals yearly by providing secure housing, culturally sensitive support and vocational training (provided by its training arm- Himilo).

ACH focuses on upskilling individuals and supporting them into higher-level employment to develop their independence and contribute to the wider economic ecosystem.

Our #rethinkingrefugee campaign has been running since 2015 and was born as a reaction to the negative portrayal of refugees in the media. It aims to redefine the narrative around refugees to a more positive message of economic benefit to the UK and a positive contribution to local communities.

ACH is leading the sector through cutting edge approaches to client support and integration. It is currently one of the three UK-based IBM SkillsBuild partners and blends digital projects with key research partners to accelerate an individual's earning potential, enhance employability and better prepare refugees and migrants to current workspaces.
