Andreia Vitoriano has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Andreia started at Volkswagen do Brasil in 1992 as a Human Resources Business Partner and stayed with the company until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Cargill as an HR Manager. Andreia joined PepsiCo in 2007 and held multiple positions including Senior Human Resources Manager, HR Director for PepsiCo Brazil Foods, HR Director for Latam HR Operational Model, HR Director for Global Total Rewards, and Data Analytics, Policy & Design. Andreia worked at PepsiCo until 2021. In 2022, Andreia became the Sr HR Director and Head of HR Brazil at Tupperware Brands Brasil. Currently, they are the CHRO and People & Culture Director at Aché Laboratórios, starting in 2023.
Andreia Vitoriano completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Global Executive One MBA during the years 2013-2015. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in People Management and Development from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2001 to 2002. Their education journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, which they obtained between 1991 and 1996.
