Previously, at ACCES Employment, Sonja led the award-winning Entrepreneurship Connections program, focusing on business training for newcomer entrepreneurs. Sonja's extensive background includes roles in management and consulting across various organizations, including Job Skills, CIBC, and as a business coach at SMJ Consulting. Sonja holds a Master's degree in International Business and Management from the University of Westminster, a Bachelor's degree in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University, and a diploma in Marketing from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
