Gil McIff

Gil McIff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in personal development and coaching. As the owner of Awakening Catalyst LLC since January 2019, Gil leads efforts in empowering individuals through personal growth. Simultaneously, as an Executive Personal Development Coach at Achieve Today since June 2012, Gil conducts one-on-one coaching sessions globally, focusing on reprogramming subconscious mechanisms to overcome self-sabotage. Gil has also served as a Life Engineer at Two Words since January 1999, creating sacred geometry mandalas through meditation. Prior to these roles, Gil was the Enrollment Director at Prosper from February 2003 to June 2012, where responsibilities included hiring and training staff to assess the success potential of prospective students.
