Sean P. Mitchell, GPHR, SPHR, currently serves as Managing Director of Total Rewards at Achievement First, beginning in April 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Compensation Manager at Dotdash Meredith, Reward and Recognition Consultant at Cowen Inc., and Director of People Services at Propeller Industries. Sean's background also encompasses significant HR positions at PuzzleHR, EIA, Inc., and Relix Media Group, where responsibilities ranged from human resources program management to compliance and reporting. Earlier in the career, Sean worked with McCanliss and Early and Barclays Capital, focusing on tax strategy and international mobility within the financial services sector. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Purchase College, SUNY.
