Tom Ng

Tom Ng is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Principal at Achievement First since July 2018, where metrics for school stability and student achievement have consistently improved. Previous positions include Vice Principal, Dean of College and Career Success, and Lead Academic Dean, demonstrating a strong commitment to academic excellence and faculty development. Tom Ng also brings board-level experience as a Board Member and Chair of the Education Accountability Committee at Central Queens Academy Charter School, contributing to the oversight and strategic growth of the institution. Additional experience includes teaching at Ramapo College of New Jersey and founding roles at multiple charter schools. Tom Ng holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and additional certifications in school building and district leadership.
