Julie O'Neill

Julie O'Neill currently serves as Chairperson at HOOKIPA Pharma Inc. and the NIBRT National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training, and holds several Non Executive Director positions at companies including Advancion Sciences, DBV Technologies, ICON plc, Achilles Therapeutics plc, and ILC Dover. O'Neill was a member of the Strategy Committee at the National Treasury Management Agency until February 2023. Prior to current roles, O'Neill was the Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Alexion Pharmaceuticals from 2015 to 2018. O'Neill holds a Chartered Director designation from the Institute of Directors and an Executive MBA from University College Dublin, along with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Trinity College Dublin.
