Lex Emmen possesses extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors, having worked at Achmea since March 2007 as a Pakketspecialist SAP CD, overseeing the management of the SAP CD module, and as a Business Controller, focusing on financial and procedural oversight of claims processes, particularly in areas such as fraud, legal advice, medical guidance, personal injury, and international claims. Prior to Achmea, Lex Emmen held leadership roles at Interpolis, where responsibilities included managing personal injury claims and medical advisors, and at De Lind Assurantiegroep as Head of Internal Services, as well as team leadership at Generali verzekeringsgroep nv for handling property damage claims. Lex Emmen's educational background includes a master's degree in Dutch Law from Tilburg University and multiple certifications from Nibe-SVV.
