Barbara Hall has over 35 years of extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and quality assurance within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Principal Project Management and Scrum Master at ACI Worldwide, Barbara has a strong background in identifying customer challenges, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and writing comprehensive technical and non-technical documentation. Previously, as Principal Consultant at S1 Corporation, responsibilities included coordinating project planning and QA for custom software for major banks. Barbara’s career began at Cibar, Inc., where management of project planning and critical path management contributed to effective issue resolution and risk prevention strategies.
