John Pok

John Pok serves as the Vice President and Head of Legal for the APAC region at ACI Worldwide since April 2022, where management of a legal team involves advising on legal matters, compliance, risk management, and more for the commercial organization. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Director APAC at Criteo from September 2018 to December 2020 and working as an Ad Hoc Legal Consultant for various companies in 2017-2018. John Pok previously co-owned an entertainment production company, Dream Academy®, and held several legal roles at Yahoo in the Asia-Pacific region, ultimately rising to Senior Legal Director. Early career experience includes positions as General Counsel at Vcheq and Senior Legal Associate at Shook Lin & Bok. Education includes an LLM in International Finance and Commercial Law from King's College London and a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution.
