Sadhna Bist

Sadhna Bist is a Senior Business Process Analyst at ACI Worldwide, overseeing the Contingent Workforce Management Program globally since May 2019. In this role, Sadhna manages the onboarding, offboarding, and contract processes for contingent workers. Previously, Sadhna served as a Business Process Analyst at ACI Worldwide, and prior to that, worked at Aptara as an Assistant Manager in Business Development, where responsibilities included team management, process development, and training. Sadhna also held the position of Business Development Executive at Integration International Inc., contributing to sales and business development activities. Sadhna holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from MIT College of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from S.G. Women College.
