Since 1984, Debby has served as Executive Vice President at Ackerman McQueen Advertising, managing a diverse portfolio that includes clients from energy, entertainment, and technology. Prior to this, Debby held the position of Senior Vice President at Earle Palmer Brown from 1981 to 1984, overseeing accounts such as AARP and GEICO. Debby's career began at Leo Burnett in 1973 as an analyst, and included a role as Vice President at DDB, where Debby established the Corporate Marketing Department. Debby holds a Master’s degree in Chinese from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
