Chris Kohnen is the Chief Investment Officer at Ackermann Group where they target, analyze, and acquire apartment communities in the Midwest and Southeast regions. They also serve as the Director of Acquisitions and Real Estate Investment. Chris is also the Owner of Vision Real Estate, LLC, focusing on long-term hold strategies. Previously, they worked as a Colorado Real Estate Broker and Resort Manager at Hyatt Vacation Ownership. Chris has a BA in Business Communications from Xavier University.
