Previous roles include Divisional Sales Manager for Shoe City, managing operations across Westrand, Botswana, and Namibia, as well as National Property Projects Manager at Ackermans with responsibilities in new store development and supplier management. Ngoetjana's career began at Markhams, where an administrative role provided foundational skills in staff management and stock control. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Regent Business School, a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Marketing, a Higher National Diploma in Marketing Management from Tshwane University of Technology, and a certificate in Project Management from the University of Pretoria.
