Kaustubh Agnihotri is an experienced product leader with a proven track record in driving product innovation and growth across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Product for Acko for Enterprise since November 2024, Kaustubh is focused on establishing Acko as a premier B2B and B2B2C insurance provider. Prior roles include Vice President of Products at CoinDCX, where product development initiatives were implemented to enhance user experience in the crypto sector, and Vice President of Products at Paytm, where the P4B App was developed to optimize merchant engagement. Kaustubh’s extensive experience at Amazon involved leading global product strategies for subscription services and retail pricing, contributing significantly to revenue growth. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at AJIO.com, where innovations propelled the platform to a top position in Indian fashion e-commerce. Kaustubh holds a PGDM in Strategy & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B-Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
