Michael Sanfelippo

Michael Sanfelippo serves as President of TestSet and as Operating Partner at ACKWEST, where responsibilities include the acquisition, management, and expansion of technology-driven companies in the consumer insights and marketing services sector. Previously, Michael held the position of Managing Director for MRA Americas at Dynata, overseeing the North American client service team. Prior to that, Michael was Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Senior Vice President of Customer Development at Critical Mix, leading the largest sales and operations team until its acquisition by Dynata. Michael’s career includes roles at Toluna / Greenfield Online and Gateway, starting in business solutions. Michael graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge, with a BA in History.
