James Kosmatka is a seasoned operations professional and freelance theatre artist with extensive experience in both administrative roles and the arts. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at the ACLU of Ohio since December 2015, James previously held various positions within the organization, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence. A versatile theatre artist, James has directed, designed sound, and acted in numerous productions, while also gaining valuable experience in stage management, house management, and facilities management across prominent Cleveland theaters. Additionally, roles at Cleveland Public Theatre, Cleveland State University, and Cleveland Play House further highlight James's diverse skill set in audience experience enhancement and event logistics. James holds a BA in Theatre from Cleveland State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
