Pamela Zimmerman is an experienced legal and fundraising professional with a strong background in civil rights and social justice. Currently serving as Deputy Director of Nationwide Development Resources at the ACLU since July 2017, Pamela has also held the position of Associate Director of Major Gifts. Prior experience includes serving as Leadership Gifts Officer at the New York Civil Liberties Union and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Pamela's legal career includes roles as Pro Bono Attorney at NARAL Pro-Choice New York, Contract Attorney at the Center for Reproductive Rights, and Litigation & Intellectual Property Associate at Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP. Pamela began their legal path as a Legal Fellow at Legal Momentum and held internships at the New York Civil Liberties Union and Sanctuary for Families Center for Battered Women's Legal Services. Pamela holds a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law and a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
