Paula Gil-Ordoñez Gomez currently serves as the Special Assistant to the Director of the Trone Center for Justice and Equality at the ACLU, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Paula was the Social Media & Membership Manager at Brooklyn Poets from September 2021 to September 2024, and also held an Associate Strategist position at A—B, focusing on identity-powered design to advance racial justice and equity. Paula’s leadership experience includes serving as President of ASAP: Action for Sexual Assault Prevention and a fellowship with Agahozo Shalom Youth Village, centered on genocide education. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.
