Clayton Hill has extensive experience in operations and sales management, currently serving as the Director Of Operations at ACM since February 2018. In this role, key responsibilities include overseeing the operational management of outsourced sales and service partners, developing business processes, and implementing training programs to enhance customer experience. Prior to ACM, Clayton held positions at Vita Group Limited and News Corp Australia, where responsibilities involved leading contact centre teams, driving team performance, managing client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Business in Advertising and Marketing from Queensland University of Technology, obtained in 2008.
