Ioannis Karagiannis

Ioannis Karagiannis currently serves as General Manager and Head of Sales at Acolad Group, a position held since September 2020, and previously held the role of Head of Sales for the BENELUX region. Prior to this, Ioannis was Business Development Manager for EMEA at thebigword from September 2017 to August 2020. Ioannis began a career at Cogen Language Services in January 2008, progressing through roles including Key Account Manager and Operations Team Leader, where responsibilities included onboarding new customers, ensuring quality in translation processes, and leading project managers and DTP specialists. Ioannis holds a Diplôme de traduction in English-German translation from UMONS, completed in 1999.
