Responsibility
The Sr. Operations Inventory Executive will be the main point of contact for the logistics needs of Inventory. S/he will be required to manage day-to-day operations of inventory, especially stock count,VRN,defective product, in accord with policies and procedures established by and under the direction of the inventory Manager. Participate in day-to-day operations in a fun yet always ready manner.
- Manage and monitor day to day of inventory especially stock count,VRN,defective product, strictly on safety policy and company regulation to ensure the operations flow is smoothly and efficiency without a bottle neck.
- Lead, motivate team through effective & open communication to maximize customer satisfaction and team productivity.
- Effectively plan and scheduling the operations resources to meet and exceed internal and external services levels at all times.
- Create a positive and collaborative team environment by setting and regularly reviewing the achievement of team goals.
- Ensure compliance to Safety & Security, DG and Company policies and procedures.
- Document and track any failures/error including reporting on failure rates, causes, and preventable incidents.
- Assist in training and coaching new and existing team members.
