Geri Markey

Geri Markey, SPHR, is an accomplished HR leader and consultant with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as HR Leader, Advisor, Mentor, and Coach at StartupExperts since March 2022, Geri also provides HR and talent consulting for Acorn Finance, promoting better lending outcomes. A Career Development Coach at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business since 2014, Geri co-founded the Graduate Business Career Management program and has mentored numerous graduates. Additional roles include Strategic Advisor at an AI Stealth Startup and Treasurer of Chemeketa Park Mutual Water Co. Geri previously held positions such as Head of People at TheGuarantors, where significant HR initiatives were implemented, and Director of HR & Talent at Punchh, recognized in Gartner's Magic Quadrant. Geri holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature from UC Irvine.
