Ashok Raj is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Acqueon since July 2016. Ashok has a strong focus on delivering SaaS-based contact center products, leading global engineering teams, and driving product development to meet customer needs. Prior roles at Acqueon included Vice President of Product Engineering and Vice President of Product Management, emphasizing product lifecycle management and client relationship enhancement. Having begun their career at Servion Global Solutions, Ashok held multiple technical and leadership positions. Ashok holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Hindustan College of Engineering and completed secondary education in Computer Science at Santhome Higher Secondary School.
