Don Joos has a diverse and extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Don is currently the CEO of ACRE since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President & CEO of TPx Communications from 2020 to 2021 and of PGi from 2018 to 2020. Joos also held various executive positions at ShoreTel, including President & CEO from 2013 to 2017. During their time at ShoreTel, they successfully drove the company's strategic transformation to a subscription-based SaaS model, leading to a 90% stock appreciation and the eventual sale of the company. Before ShoreTel, Joos worked at Avaya where they held multiple VP positions, responsible for global services, North America services, global implementations, and global customer care centers. Don also had earlier roles at SiteStuff, Inc. as VP of Services and VP of Strategic Customers.
Don Joos attended Springfield College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport Management.
