Keqi Chen has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Digital Content Volunteer at Breast Cancer Now in November 2022 until July 2023. They then went on to work as a Trainee at TechSwitch from January 2023 to April 2023. Afterwards, Keqi worked as a Graduate Frontend Software Engineer at Acre from July 2023 to the present. Prior to these roles, they served as a Junior Legal Researcher at LawAdvisor Ventures from November 2021 to July 2022. Keqi also worked as an Undergraduate Supervisor at the University of Cambridge from October 2020 to June 2021.
Keqi Chen completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Medieval Philosophy from the University of Cambridge in 2021. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, Chen earned a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Philosophy of religion from the same university. Chen's undergraduate education was at Peking University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Hindi/Philosophy from 2013 to 2017.
In addition to their formal education, Chen has obtained several certifications. These include a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in December 2022, The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2022: Go from Zero to Hero from Udemy: Online Courses in July 2022, The Solicitors Qualifying Examination Stage 1 from the Solicitors Regulation Authority in January 2022, and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2023.
