Kristi Landis

Kristi Landis is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as VP of HR at Acrisure since July 2018, Kristi oversees a team of HR Business Partners, collaborates strategically with Agency Partners, and plays a crucial role in human capital planning and business unit restructuring. Prior to Acrisure, Kristi held the position of Human Resources Director at the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids, where responsibilities included managing HR policies and leading recruitment processes. Kristi's HR career began at Aerotek as a Recruiter. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
