Kushal Naidu

Kushal Naidu, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Technical Program Manager in Data & AI Engineering at Acrisure since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Data Program Manager at Meta, where the oversight of a $1B budget for Integrity Operations and implementation of machine learning-based analytics were key responsibilities, along with significant contributions to improving operational metrics for Meta’s products. Kushal has also held positions at Optum, initially as a Technical Program Manager overseeing cloud migration and later as a Senior Data Engineer, leading healthcare data extraction projects. Previous experience includes a managerial role at The Advisory Board Company, where team performance and project timelines were significantly enhanced, and earlier positions in data analysis and engineering at Accruent and Texas A&M University. Kushal holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering.
