Matthew Kirk is President of North America, Retail and a member of the Insurance Leadership Team at Acrisure. In this role, Matt is focused on the financial success of the business including market-leading organic growth and a total client offering. He also works to help Acrisure achieve operational excellence including a sales acceleration and talent development infrastructure, embracing technology as a client and operational differentiator, and delivering the best products and underwriting capacity in the market.
Prior to joining Acrisure, Matt served as the Chief Sales & Distribution Officer for Small Commercial at The Hartford, where he led the small commercial sales and distribution organization and was responsible for its sales performance and distribution strategy.
