As the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Bolster since April 2020, Shawn has developed an AI-powered talent platform, secured $25 million in venture capital, and established a professional network of 20,000 executives. Previously, during a nearly decade-long tenure at Return Path, Shawn oversaw a large Product and Engineering group, driving 3X revenue growth and managing the successful acquisition of multiple businesses.
