Currently serving as Of Counsel - Tax at ACROSS LEGAL SLP and as an International Tax Specialist at Intertax Abogados, José Luis provides expertise in tax structuring within the real estate, venture capital, and startup sectors. Previous roles include Partner in International Tax Services at EY, where responsibilities included tax planning for international joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, as well as experience as a Tax Associate at Uría Menéndez and Maitland. José Luis holds an LLM in International Law from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Licenciado en Derecho from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
