Christine Williams currently serves as the Manager of Business Analysis at ACRT Services, where responsibilities include managing the IT project portfolio, overseeing Workday change control and security processes, and implementing process standards for the business analyst and project management teams. Prior to this role, Christine was a Senior Business Analyst at JOANN Stores, focusing on creating business requirements and managing Jira boards for Workday integrations. Additional experience includes leading the RFP bid selection for an HR Enterprise System replacement and serving as a liaison between business groups and IT. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The University of Akron.
