Somanna PT has a strong work experience in the telecommunications industry. Somanna began their career as an Assistant Manager- Operations at Bharti Airtel in 2008 and worked there until 2011. Somanna then joined Reliance Communications as a Retail Operations Manager from 2011 to 2014. Since 2014, Somanna has been with ACT Fibernet, where they started as a Manager- Community Operations and eventually progressed to the position of Senior Manager and Head of Service Delivery- Community operations. In their current role, they lead a team of 130+ employees and is responsible for managing top-class customer experience in the community across Bangalore.
Somanna PT completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from NMAM Institute of Technology between 1995 and 2000. Somanna also obtained a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Bharti Airtel in June 2010.
