Neil Essy has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Neil started their career as a Junior Programmer at Inspiration Software in 2001. In 2002, they joined SnapBuild Communications, LLC as a Software Engineer. Neil worked there until 2007, gaining valuable experience in the field. From 2007 to 2010, Neil served as the Chief Technology Officer at PrivacyHarbor, Inc. In 2010, they joined Summit Projects as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there until 2012. Neil then joined Act-On Software, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead, before finally being promoted to Principal Software Engineer in October 2018.
Neil Essy attended Reed College from 1998 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.
