Julien G. is an experienced operational compliance leader with a strong background in renewable energy management and compliance. Currently serving as Operational Compliance Manager at ACT Power Services since December 2023, Julien previously held various roles at Cypress Creek Renewables from April 2017 to November 2023, culminating in the position of Director of Control Center Operations & NERC Compliance, overseeing an operations team of approximately 25 personnel and ensuring compliance for 5GW of solar generation facilities. Julien's diverse experience includes project coordination in the solar industry, general contracting, and customer service management, complemented by educational degrees in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and Environmental Technology from North Carolina State University.
